Cafe Fina: the close-to-home counter spot.

Pies, cookies, and baked goods on the counter at Cafe Fina

Cafe Fina is the spot we end up at when we want a real breakfast or lunch without the Plaza wait. It's on Old Las Vegas Hwy, close to both houses, and it's casual counter-service — order at the front, grab a table, eat.

Coffee, baked goods, breakfast plates, and a kid-friendly patio with a small playground out back. That last detail is the difference-maker if you're traveling with little kids — they eat, they run, you finish your coffee.

Quick and convenient is the whole pitch. When Pasqual's is a 30-minute wait and nobody in the group is up for that, Cafe Fina is the answer.
