Meow Wolf with kids: weird in the best way.

Meow Wolf is hard to describe, and that's part of why it works. It's an immersive, interactive art experience unlike anything else — wonderfully weird, creative, and unforgettable. Kids absolutely love it. Adults do too.
Tickets sell out, especially on weekends and school breaks, so buy them in advance online rather than rolling the dice at the door.
If you're traveling with younger kids and Meow Wolf feels like a lot, the Santa Fe Children's Museum has hands-on exhibits designed specifically for them, with plenty of interactive fun — ideal for younger children and families. And if you're willing to drive, Explora Science Center in Albuquerque (about 50 minutes south) is an interactive science experience with enough variety to fill a half-day.
For a hungry pre- or post-Meow Wolf meal, El Parasol is hands down the best tacos in Santa Fe — possibly in the world. Primarily a pickup spot, with multiple locations around town including Cerrillos Road. Grab tacos to go and eat them somewhere with a view.
